The familiarity of the staff, combined with the expertise in solving problems. A great location, 4 minutes walk from the beach and train station. A very quiet place to relax and enjoy beach life, but also as a base to visit Barcelona without car (1 hour by train to Catalunya Square). You can access the nearby Promenade Hotel to enjoy the pool and at the 'night-time entertainment.

The apartment at Aqua Hotel Nostre Mar was incredibly comfortable and cozy. It had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a complete bathroom with a hair dryer. The bedroom was spacious and ensured a good night's sleep, and the living room with a sofa bed was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the kitchenette to be a bit small. But hey, it's just my opinion, and I'm sure others would still find it functional and convenient.

We think that the room had everything for conveinience, including hairdryer,fridge,etc. Was a lovely family apartment. The beds were comfy, had tv and lovely balcony view .In centre of town but quiet spot. Lovely bar and cafe and very friendly helpful staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.Overall best Hotel experience and would definately come again.

Nothing ..Was very happy during our stay at Aqua Hotel Nostre Mar....the only thing would be would loved to have stayed there on our winter holiday also, but unfortunately they are closed until March.

The staff were very helpful, nice clean rooms which are cleaned everyday. The location is great and you can hire bikes from the bike hire store opposite the hotel, nothing bad to say about it, 2mins from the beach it's great!

Our stay at Aqua Hotel was exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious, providing enough room for all of us. It was also conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach. We enjoyed the quiet and cozy atmosphere of the apartment, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The only minor drawbacks were the slower Wi-Fi and the lack of a kettle in the apartment for making tea. However, these were small inconveniences that did not significantly impact our overall experience.

the hotel was very clean and friendly and although it does not have its own pool you can use the facilities at the promande hotel and the beach is just across the road and it is very close by all the amenities you need

Good clean and spacious modern apartment. Our balcony was at the front of the hotel and was a sun trap for most of the day.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location just 3 minutes away from the beach and the railway station. the apartment had a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, making it easy for us to prepare meals. the multi-language staff were friendly and helpful. the stable Wi-Fi was a bonus.

Very well situated, just a short stroll to the beach, RENFE station, shopping street, supermarkets ets. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. A big plus for us - russian-speaking lady at the lobby. The room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. The room itself was spacious enough for our family of 4 people. Excellent value for money.

I keep going back to this place because it has everything I need. Wi-Fi, air con, TV. The staff helped me print my boarding pass. It's close to the beach and there's so much to do nearby. And they don't allow pets or smoking! I'm even coming back for Christmas!

I had a great value for my money at Aqua Hotel Nostre Mar Apartments. The room was clean and the kitchen was in good condition. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets and cafes. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even helped us when our luggage got lost.
